Summary

This was the first study in humans to test a new drug called SOL-116 for rheumatoid arthritis. Researchers gave single doses to 56 healthy volunteers and arthritis patients to check if it was safe and how the body processes it. The main goal was to understand side effects and determine safe dosage levels before larger studies.
