New gum graft technique aims to strengthen dental implants

Summary
This study tests a new type of gum graft for people with thin gums around dental implants. 32 adults will receive either a graft with an extra piece of skin or a standard graft. The goal is to see which method better increases gum thickness and width, and improves comfort and quality of life.
