Summary
This study tested a new scale called the SOFMER Activity Scale (SAS) to measure how much physical and cognitive activity patients can do in follow-up care and rehabilitation departments. Researchers enrolled 152 patients aged 2 and older to see if the scale is accurate, reliable, and easy to use. The goal is to give doctors and therapists a better way to understand each patient's needs and track their progress.
