Summary

This study looks at whether adding the medication sodium valproate to a standard jaw-washing procedure can lower inflammation and improve symptoms in people with a painful jaw joint condition. Ten female participants will have their joint fluid tested before and after treatment to measure changes in a key inflammatory protein. The goal is to find a better way to manage jaw pain and clicking.
