Summary
This study tests whether a superoxide dismutase (SOD) spray can prevent severe skin reactions (radiation dermatitis) in 140 head and neck cancer patients receiving high-dose radiation. The spray aims to neutralize free radicals caused by radiation. Researchers will check patients weekly for skin damage and compare results to standard care.
