Summary
This study is testing a new 9-week online talk therapy program for mothers with postpartum depression. The therapy, called Engage & Connect, focuses on helping mothers increase meaningful social activities with loved ones to improve mood. Researchers will compare it to another educational program to see which is more helpful in reducing feelings of depression and isolation.
