NCT ID NCT07440628
Summary
This study is testing a program called 'Count Me In' to see if it can help older adults who have lost some independence feel less lonely and more socially connected. Participants will attend seven weekly group workshops that focus on building personal strengths and finding social opportunities. Researchers will measure changes in loneliness, mood, and how often people take part in activities.
