NCT ID NCT07429357
Summary
This study is testing a program called REWIRE that aims to help teens with anxiety or depression who use social media a lot. It will see if cutting social media use by about half and encouraging positive offline activities like hobbies or time with friends can improve mental health symptoms. The study will compare this program to a group that just learns about social media and health without changing their habits.
