Summary
This study aims to understand if there is a connection between heavy social media use and compulsive exercise behaviors in university students. Researchers will survey 187 healthy students aged 18-24 who use social media for at least 4 hours daily. The goal is to gather insights into how digital habits might influence physical activity patterns and mental well-being in young adults.
