Summary
This study looks at whether cutting back on social media can help university students feel less lonely, worry less about missing out, and sleep better. About 70 students will either limit their daily social media use or keep using it as usual. Researchers will measure changes in loneliness, fear of missing out, and sleep quality to see if a social media diet makes a difference.
