This pilot study looks at how stress from your surroundings affects daily blood sugar changes in 30 Hispanic adults whose parent has type 2 diabetes. The goal is to create a program using continuous glucose monitors to lower diabetes risk and inform health policies. The study is not testing a treatment but gathering knowledge to prevent diabetes.
