New video game could detect hidden social struggles in dementia patients

Summary
This study aims to validate a new serious game called REALSoCog that helps detect social behavior problems in people with Alzheimer's disease, Lewy body dementia, or frontotemporal degeneration. Researchers will test the game with 120 patients and their caregivers to see if it can pick up on social difficulties that often go unnoticed in clinic visits. The goal is to improve early detection and care for these social challenges.
