Summary

This study tests whether a computer-based social cognition training program can help people with Huntington's disease better understand facial expressions, tone of voice, and others' feelings. The goal is to improve social interactions, quality of life, and reduce caregiver burden. The study will enroll 20 adults with Huntington's disease to see if this approach is feasible and acceptable.
