Texts to tame anxiety: new program aims to help veterans re-enter work
NCT ID NCT05996419
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a simple text-based program could help veterans with social anxiety. The program aimed to help them notice and reduce 'safety behaviors'—like avoiding eye contact—that can make social situations harder. The goal was to see if this approach was practical and could improve their daily life and work re-integration.
