Scientists test if soccer drills boost brain power
NCT ID NCT07395765
Summary
This study aimed to understand how different types of soccer practice drills affect the brain. Researchers compared a drill with a 'two-touch' rule to a regular free-play drill. They measured a brain protein (BDNF) and tested players' attention and thinking skills before and after each session to see if one drill was better for the brain.
