Can better shoes and a quicker Warm-Up save young Athletes' knees?

NCT ID NCT06638346

Summary

This study looked at ways to prevent serious knee injuries in young soccer players. Researchers tested if a shorter, 12-week warm-up program was better than a standard one at improving safe movement during quick turns. They also tested if soccer cleats designed specifically for female feet performed better than standard unisex cleats. The goal was to find practical tools to help keep athletes safe on the field.
