Summary

This study looks at 1,000 adults aged 65 and older with atrial fibrillation who get their care at family health centers in Ordu, Türkiye. Researchers will check if patients are taking the correct dose of their blood thinner and how often they take it as prescribed. No new treatments are given—the goal is to understand current practices and quickly refer anyone with unsafe findings to a heart specialist.
