NCT ID NCT07227701

First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study compares how full and satisfied people feel after eating a high-protein snack bar versus a high-carbohydrate snack bar. About 150 healthy adults aged 18-65 with a normal or slightly overweight BMI will participate. Each person will eat both types of bars on separate days and rate their hunger, fullness, and desire to eat over two hours, then eat as much as they want from a buffet to see if the bar affects how much they eat.
