Summary

This study tests whether a text-message program can help young adults (ages 18-24) who have suicidal thoughts create and use a personalized safety plan. Participants are randomly assigned to start the program right away or after a delay. The study aims to see if this approach is acceptable and feasible for a larger trial. Participants use the program for about 4 weeks and complete surveys over 24 weeks.
