Summary

This study tested a modified motivational interviewing program to help university students quit smoking. Two hundred active smokers at a university in Jordan recorded short videos about their smoking habits and received personalized feedback. The program aimed to reduce nicotine dependence and increase motivation to quit. Results were measured through surveys at the start, after 8 weeks, and at 3 months.
