First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests a simple online questionnaire (e-visit) to help people stop smoking. About 672 adults who smoke daily will be randomly assigned to receive the e-visit or not. The e-visit asks about smoking history and preferences, and may offer a prescription for quit-smoking medication. Researchers will track how many people use the treatment and reduce smoking over 24 weeks.
