Summary
This study is testing a new way to help people stop smoking by using pleasant smells to reduce cigarette cravings. Participants will use a smartphone app and a special device that delivers different odors. The goal is to see if sniffing specific scents can lower cravings and help people stay smoke-free for at least 12 weeks.
