Can sniffing spices bring back your senses after COVID?
NCT ID NCT07190911
Summary
This study tested whether a simple, at-home smell training exercise could help people recover their sense of taste and smell after losing them due to COVID-19. For two months, one group of participants practiced daily smell training using a set of spices, while another group did not. Researchers compared changes in smell and taste ability between the two groups to see if the training made a difference.
