Smartwatch heart monitor aims to keep cardiac patients moving after hospital
NCT ID NCT07211282
Summary
This study is testing whether a new smartwatch-based activity score can help people who have completed a hospital cardiac rehabilitation program stay physically active at home. Researchers will compare two groups of about 318 participants: one group that sees their personalized activity score and gets feedback, and another that does not. All participants will wear a Fitbit smartwatch for four months to track their heart rate and activity levels.
