Your watch could spot heart trouble after surgery
NCT ID NCT05664308
Summary
This study is testing if a smartwatch can help doctors better monitor patients for irregular heartbeats after heart surgery. It will compare the watch's continuous monitoring for a year against the standard method of occasional ECG check-ups. The goal is to see if the watch helps catch more episodes of atrial fibrillation and guides treatment decisions.
