Summary
This study aims to understand if there is a link between the curvature of the lower back and knee alignment in young adults who have non-specific low back pain and are addicted to their smartphones. Researchers will measure back posture, knee angles during movement, pain levels, and muscle strength in 68 participants. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help improve future prevention and rehabilitation strategies for related injuries.
