Summary

This study tests whether a one-week smartphone training program can help unpaid caregivers of people with Alzheimer's disease manage their emotions and reduce stress. Participants will be randomly assigned to learn one of two thinking strategies (distancing or reinterpreting) or to a control group. The goal is to see if the training improves mood, lowers stress, and benefits the caregiver's health.
