Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone-based rehab program can reduce complications and improve recovery in 186 gastric cancer patients who receive chemotherapy before surgery. Participants follow a tailored exercise, nutrition, and mental health plan from before surgery until four weeks after leaving the hospital. The program is compared to standard care to see if it helps patients stick with their recovery plan and feel better overall.
