Summary
This study tested a smartphone-based program to help adult smokers who also use smoke-free nicotine products (like e-cigarettes or nicotine pouches) completely stop smoking cigarettes. About 105 participants who had tried and failed to quit before used the app to track their progress. The main goal was to see how many could switch entirely to smoke-free products within 12 weeks.
