Summary
This study tested whether taking photos with a smartphone and focusing on positive moments can help college students feel better. 259 students were split into groups: some took photos of things that made them happy and savored them, some also shared photos with friends, and others took neutral photos or no photos. The goal was to see if these simple exercises could reduce depressive symptoms and increase well-being.
