Summary
This study tested whether taking and savoring photos on a smartphone could boost well-being and reduce depressive symptoms in 259 college and graduate students. Participants were assigned to take positive photos, share them with friends, take neutral photos, or take no photos for 21 days. The goal was to see if focusing on positive moments could improve mental health.
