Your phone could be the key to easing your aching knees
NCT ID NCT07391449
Summary
This study is testing a new way to guide home exercises for people with knee osteoarthritis. It uses a smartphone app that measures daily heart rate patterns to personalize exercise intensity, aiming to reduce pain and improve function better than a standard exercise program. Researchers will compare the two approaches over 12 weeks, with follow-up checks at 24 weeks, in 240 participants.
