This study tests whether a smartphone app that sends personalized tips and reminders can help homeless adults reduce their drinking. Six hundred adults staying at shelters who drink heavily will use the app for eight weeks, and researchers will track their alcohol use over six months. The goal is to see if this easy-to-use tool can improve health and help people move toward stable housing.
