Phone app aims to get spinal cord injury patients moving

Summary

This study tests whether a custom smartphone app and e-coaching can help people with spinal cord injury stick to exercise guidelines. Researchers will first gather input from users and clinicians, then test the app's usability, and finally run a trial to see which combination of app features and coaching works best. About 50 participants will take part.
