Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app could help people with high blood pressure reduce their salt intake and improve their blood pressure. Researchers enrolled 410 adults with stable high blood pressure to use the app, which sent personalized reminders about healthy eating. The goal was to see if these smart notifications could help people make better food choices and lower their blood pressure readings.
