Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app can help Chinese adults with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) lose weight over 12 months. Weight loss is currently the only proven way to reverse liver damage in NAFLD, and the app provides guidance and tracking. The trial involves 260 participants and measures changes in body weight, liver fat, and other health markers.
