Summary
This study is testing a brief, computerized program delivered via smartphone to help people with cannabis use disorder manage stress better. Researchers want to see if learning to tolerate distress through this program can reduce stress-related cannabis use and improve overall well-being. The study will involve 80 regular cannabis users who struggle with high distress and will compare the new program to a general health education control.
