Summary
This study tested a smartphone app designed to help adults with opioid addiction. The app sent supportive messages based on two different therapy styles (CBT and ACT) at random times throughout the day. Researchers wanted to see if these timely messages could reduce cravings, improve mood, and help people cope better in their daily lives.
