Summary

This study is testing whether a smartphone app called MENTINA can help people manage symptoms of depression. Over 12 months, 660 adults with current or past depression will use the app to track their mood and receive feedback. The goal is to see if this digital tool can help people better understand and control their depressive symptoms.
