Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app could guide people with high blood pressure through daily breathing exercises to lower their blood pressure. 32 adults did 5 minutes of breathing training each day for 6 weeks. The goal was to see if the app worked as well as doing the exercises in a clinic.
