Summary
This study aims to find the best insulin pump setting for people with type 1 diabetes when they do strength training. Fourteen physically active adults will try two different pump modes during supervised exercise sessions to see which one keeps their blood sugar in a safe range more often. The goal is to help people exercise more safely by reducing the risk of dangerous highs and lows.
