Fight muscle loss with your phone: new app aims to keep seniors strong

NCT ID NCT07230210

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week smartphone program can help older adults at risk of muscle loss (sarcopenia) stay strong and independent. Sixty participants will either use a special app with exercise videos, nutrition tips, and daily reminders, or receive standard clinic pamphlets. The goal is to see if the easy-to-use technology helps people build muscle, move better, and improve their quality of life from home.
