Alexa, help me parent! can a smart speaker ease bedtime battles?
NCT ID NCT07462052
Summary
This study is testing whether a voice-based program called 'Talk Parenting,' delivered through an Amazon Echo Dot, can help parents of 3-5 year olds improve difficult bedtime and morning routines. Researchers will compare 184 families who get the program right away to families who wait 6 weeks, measuring changes in children's sleep, behavior, and parent stress and confidence. Participants will receive an Echo Dot to use the program at home and complete online surveys about their experiences.
