Summary
This study tests two strategies to help doctors prescribe SMART therapy—a single inhaler for daily control and quick relief—for children with moderate to severe asthma. Researchers will use electronic reminders and education, plus a community health worker and nurse care manager, to see if these tools increase SMART use. The study involves 18 pediatric clinics and children aged 5-18.
