Smart shoes aim to put a spring in Parkinson's step
NCT ID NCT07308418
Summary
This small study is testing whether a special shoe that vibrates can help people with Parkinson's disease walk faster and more steadily. Sixteen participants will try walking with and without the shoe's vibration during short tests to see if it makes a difference. The goal is to gather early evidence on whether this approach is safe and useful for future research.
