Summary
This study looks at whether adding technology (like heart rate monitors) to physical education classes helps students get more active, improve their fitness, and feel better mentally. About 970 students in grades 4-7 will take part. Researchers will measure their activity levels, fitness, and social-emotional skills to see if the tech-enhanced lessons make a difference.
