Can smart PE classes make kids healthier and happier?
NCT ID NCT07227935
Summary
This study is testing whether using heart rate monitors and a special system during physical education (PE) classes helps improve children's fitness, physical activity, social skills, and mental well-being. It involves about 970 students in 4th through 7th grades from 17 Michigan schools. Researchers will measure changes by having students wear heart monitors during PE and complete surveys before and after the special lessons.
