Summary
This study looked at the best way to use weight-loss medication for teenagers aged 12-17 with severe obesity who did not lose enough weight through diet and exercise alone. About 150 teens took part, and researchers measured how much their body mass index (BMI) changed over 48 weeks. The goal was to find the right timing and sequence of adding medication to lifestyle changes.
