Glasses that beam light to your eyes aim to lift mood and improve sleep

NCT ID NCT07168954

Summary

This study tested whether wearing special smart glasses that shine a specific blue light into the eyes can help improve symptoms of depression and sleep problems. The glasses are designed to be worn comfortably for many hours, unlike traditional light therapy lamps. Researchers enrolled 96 adults who spend little time outdoors to see if longer daily use of the glasses leads to better results.
