Smart homes could be the new sleep doctor for seniors
NCT ID NCT07316153
Summary
This study is testing whether a fully automated smart home system can help older adults with insomnia sleep better and think more clearly. The system uses lights, sounds, and personalized phone coaching based on proven sleep therapy techniques. Researchers will compare this high-tech approach to standard sleep education apps to see which works better for improving sleep quality and mental sharpness.
